As a Lecturer in AAT, you will:
- Work as a member of a team to deliver a co-ordinated, integrated learning programme.
- Teach AAT levels 2, 3 and 4.
- Ensure learners receive a high quality learning experience and achieve success across the Business Administration and Law department, at the Ashford site.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Cert Ed/PGCE or DTTLS qualification or currently undertaking, or a willingness to achieve.
- An AAT and CCAB qualification, as well as an A1 Assessors Award.
- Experience of delivery on AAT qualifications and excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and learners at all levels.

About West Kent and Ashford College
West Kent College is a mixed, non-denominational further and higher education college in Kent, serving students from the age of 16 and above. The college has campuses in Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells.
West Kent College was founded in 2014 after K College’s six campuses were split into two units. The Tonbridge and Tumbridge Wells sites and the two sites in Ashford were taken over by the Hadlow College Group – making two campuses West Kent College and Ashford College. A third campus, East Kent College, has taken over the Folkestone and Dover sites. West Kent College offers courses at GCSE level to Degree programmes, which are validated by the University of Kent, University of Greenwich and Cantebury Christ Church University. Facilities include radio studios, hair and beauty training salons, a training restaurant, music recording studios and photography studios.
