About the role:

We are seeking to recruit an excellent Lecturer in Digital Media to teach on a range of level 1, 2, and 3 media qualifications and courses within the digital media department. The post holder will also be required to act as a personal tutor and to develop and plan for the future curriculum.

About you:

With a degree or equivalent- reflecting a strong background in media education and/or the media industry, you will also have a teaching qualification. You will have recent relevant teaching and, ideally, personal/group tutoring and course leader experience. You will have sound knowledge of current media practice and the ability to use a range of software is essential. You will have the ability to work as part of a team and to communicate effectively with colleagues, employers and with students and to motivate and support them in their studies.
