An additional market supplement allowance of up to £2,000 pa dependent on experience and qualifications is available.

You are an inspiring teacher with a good knowledge of the Electrical Installation curriculum from Level 1 to Level 3 Diploma. This is your opportunity to join the ambitious team here at North West Kent College – and support our students to build a solid foundation for their future careers.

You will be teaching apprentices and full time learners across a range of Electrical Installation courses, and you will have the opportunity to help us take the curriculum forward to ensure that it meets the requirements of new, innovative apprenticeship reforms.

With at least a Level 3 relevant vocational qualification, along with a teaching qualification (or a willingness to gain one), you will bring your teaching experience, as well as strong industry expertise. You are also a real teamworker with a flexible and adaptable approach and the ability to relate to learners of all abilities and from different backgrounds.
