The successful applicant will be able to teach marine construction systems and engineering maintenance across all levels (1-4) including but not limited to:

  • marine construction systems and maintenance level 2 and 3
  • principles of engineering level 2 and 3
  • fibre reinforced plastics and composites technology for marine construction.

The successful candidate must be able to work well as part of a team and embed functional skills within their delivery. The candidate must be enthusiastic, innovative, creative and committed to the continual development of students.

The successful candidate will have sound experience of the marine industry and preferably experience of teaching and/or training at all levels, and able to research information, produce reports and briefings.
