A fantastic opportunity has arisen for fully qualified, experienced and motivated lecturers, to deliver GCSE English to a range of 16-18 vocational and 19 plus students within the college. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly team, who are passionate in inspiring learners to express and reach their potential.

You will be a key member of the Skills for Life Team, delivering high quality English teaching, assessment and support learners across the college. As a lecturer, the successful candidate will possess a degree in English, a subject specialism and be sensitive to learner needs, as well as be innovative and pro-active in their approach to enthusing learners to meet their aspirations. Experience in the delivery of Functional Skills English up to Level 2 would also be advantageous.

 It has two state of the art campuses in West Bromwich accessible through excellent transport links and, following a successful merger with Cadbury Sixth Form College, has an exciting presence in Birmingham.
