Four Positions Available Full-time and Permanent

The Directorate of 16 to 18 Programmes is seeking enthusiastic, flexible and innovative Lecturers of English to teach across a range of levels, vocational areas, age groups and courses including Functional Skills and GCSE across the College.

As well as a relevant degree qualification (or equivalent), you will be qualified up to at least Level 3 in English. You will also hold a recognised Level 5 Literacy subject specialist qualification or be willing to obtain one upon appointment. In addition, you must possess a recognised Level 5/6 teaching qualification (PGCE/CertEd) or display a willingness to work towards achieving this. You will be an enthusiastic, flexible and innovative teacher with experience of delivering English preferably in a vocational context.

Excellent administration and interpersonal skills together with a commitment to working effectively as part of a team are also essential in this role.
