Four Positions Available Full-time and Permanent

Ref: LEC MATHS

The College is seeking to appoint four full-time Lecturers in Maths, to be based in our 16 -18 Directorate and teach across a range of levels, vocational areas, age groups and courses including Functional Skills and GCSE.

As well as a relevant degree qualification (or equivalent), you will be qualified up to at least Level 3 in Maths. You will also hold a recognised Level 5 Numeracy subject specialist qualification or be willing to obtain one upon appointment. In addition, you must possess a recognised Level 5/6 teaching qualification (PGCE/CertEd) or display a willingness to work towards achieving this. You will be an enthusiastic, flexible and innovative teacher with experience of delivering Maths preferably in a vocational context.

Excellent administration and interpersonal skills together with a commitment to working effectively as part of a team are also essential in this role.
