Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Integrated Resource

Required: June 2024 to cover maternity leave for 12 months

Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday

Salary: Grade 4, £24,294 - £26,421 pro-rata

The Governing Body are looking to appoint a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our Integrated Resource to cover maternity leave.

We are looking for someone who:

·        Is passionate about inclusion and who wants to be part of our new Integrated Resource

·        Has a commitment to safeguarding and working with staff and families to promote the welfare of children across the school. 

·        Has the skills to deliver highly engaging and motivating learning. 

·        Has experience and knowledge communicating with learners at an early level of communication. 

·        Has experience of working with primary aged children.

·        Has a diverse set of skills which will enable you to be flexible working in the IR

·        Is passionate about teaching and learning.

·        Is an innovative and reflective practitioner who is keen to learn.

·        Is positive, with a ‘can do’ attitude.

·        Is committed to improving the life chances of every child.

·        Has up to date knowledge of teaching strategies to support children with Special Educational Needs
