Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Full Time (37 hours per week – Monday to Friday 8.15am – 4.15pm)

Governors are seeking to appoint an outstanding teaching assistant to work in our EYFS .

We are looking for people who:

• Can work collaboratively with other staff in the Early Years Foundation Stage team in planning, development, delivery and evaluation of the effectiveness of the curriculum for the children.
• Can contribute to observations and assessments of children’s learning.
• Can adjust activities according to pupil learning styles and individual needs.
• Can communicate effectively with children, parents and other staff.
• Can develop positive relationships with children and staff to assist the progress and attainment of children.
• Have a positive approach to managing children’s behaviour.
• Are familiar with the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.
