An excellent opportunity has been created for a Teacher with an enthusiasm for leading best practice in outstanding teaching and learning of Maths that is both engaging, fun and enables all pupils to progress. This post will provide you with the experience of joining the Senior Leadership Team, taking responsibility for Upper KS2 and working with colleagues to promote excellence in learning and teaching.

Requiring a good working knowledge of the new primary curriculum, particularly Maths, and experience in developing an engaging and meaningful curriculum and learning experience, you will have a commitment to excellence in learning and teaching.

Frogmore Junior School has almost 190 pupils with a strong community ethos, and its staff and governors are fully committed, with its sponsor, the University of Chichester Academy Trust to support the School on its ‘Journey to Excellence’. This means raising School standards and aspirations, to providing every opportunity for our pupils to learn and progress, supporting them as they establish a sense of their own self, gaining in confidence and developing useful life-skills.

As an Academy within the University of Chichester Multi-Academy Trust, we work collaboratively and draw on their expertise whilst retaining our own identity. We can also offer opportunities for staff to access quality research and receive personal support and development from an institution recognised locally and nationally as outstanding in its Initial Teacher Training provision.
