In 2004, Ark set out to create a network of high achieving, non-selective, inner city schools. Every Ark school has its own distinctive character, uniform and ethos where everyone shares the same mission. We are looking to recruit a talented and committed maths teacher to deliver exceptional teaching and learning, develop the confidence and performance skills of our students and help them to achieve excellent results. We are looking for someone who will inspire and enthuse our students, delivering an outstanding and enriched curriculum.

Additional teaching and learning responsibilities (TLRs) are available to the right candidates and may include Pastoral/Departmental responsibilities.

The new Ark secondary will benefit from the support of the existing hub of four schools - St Alban’s and Ark Kings secondary academies and Ark Tindal and Ark Rose Primary academies. In addition there will be support from the central team.

You will be able to work collaboratively with other members of academy staff, will be open and eager to learn, and have proven experience of positively impacting on student progress and raising attainment. In addition, you will receive training provided by one of the country’s top academy networks that will challenge you to develop your practice still further.
