The Trustees at this small, successful independent school are seeking to appoint a well-qualified, enthusiastic, effective classroom practitioner to join our team of dedicated Teaching and Support Staff.

Applicants should be passionate about raising student achievement and ensuring every student reaches their potential. The post is full time however; consideration will be given to part time up to 0.4fte.

You will:

  • Be highly motivated and an excellent classroom practitioner
  • Have in depth subject knowledge across the Secondary including A Level
  • Be an experienced teacher or an exceptional NQT
  • Enjoy being part of a supportive team
  • Be caring and enthusiastic

The drive to create learners who are self-directed is advanced at OneSchool Swaffham Campus with students having access to state of the art learning centres in both senior and primary areas and a sixth form business centre.
