7.5 hours per week, 12:00 - 13:00, term time only
We are looking to appoint two MSAs within the Academy. The role includes:
Inside, in the dining hall
- Helping children unpack lunchboxes
- Helping cut up younger children’s hot dinner food
- Encouraging all children to eat all their food
- Encouraging good behaviour
Outside, on the playground, and on the field in fine weather
- Encourage children to play with equipment
- Join in with play activities
- Help sort out children’s disputes
- Help with first aid.
You will need to be calm, caring, and patient and enjoy working with children. An essential aspect of your role will be to encourage and support positive eating habits, demonstrating a fair and consistent manner in line with our Behaviour Policy.
