Outstanding NQT’s come and join us in Hackney

Are you an outstanding Primary NQT looking to begin your teaching career in great schools in a vibrant, inner London Borough?

Do you want to be part of an outstanding alliance of schools that work together and provide opportunities for cross-phase experience?

If the answer to these questions is YES then come and work with Hackney Teaching Schools’ Alliance – we are now recruiting to fill vacancies across our schools for September 2015.

The Hackney Teaching School Alliance is a group of 15 good and outstanding schools in Hackney including two designated National Teaching Schools, a special school, 2 secondary schools and Early Years centre.

The HTSA works to improve the quality of teaching and leadership through effective collaboration and personalised support and provides a development pathway for new teachers to progress from School Direct Trainees to school leaders.

We will value your enthusiasm, energy and commitment. At the same time, we recognise the challenge of absorbing new information in a fast-moving environment so you will be supported during your induction period by our schools who all work together in partnership.

Outstanding practitioners from our schools lead the induction programme which is tailored to your own development needs. Regular CPD events bring you together with other NQT’s to share your experience and help you continue to grow and develop your leadership potential.
