Due to the continued expansion of Network International School we are seeking to appoint a full time creative and inspirational Nursery Phase Leader from August 2015. We are looking for a Nursery Phase Leader:

  • To be responsible for the daily running and administration of the Nursery. At Network Nursery is 2-3 year olds.
  • To ensure high quality childcare for the children across all classes and adhere to School policies and procedures.
  • To attend weekly senior leadership team meetings.
  • To agree key priorities for the nursery with the rest of the senior leadership team and report back progress on achieving targets set.
  • To support our Myanmar teachers to create planned activities which aid the children's development and incorporate the EYFS Curriculum.
  • To work alongside members of staff to ensure a high standard of care; modeling circle times; checking the planning; planning and delivering training and doing staff appraisals etc.
  • To keep communication between the school and parents effective and deal with any issues arising.
  • To offer all children equal opportunities.
  • To be a native English speaker, modelling good spoken language.

Essential Requirements:

  • Applicant must have knowledge of the British Early Years Foundation. Stage with at least 3 years teaching experience.
  • Minimum 2 year Contract.
  • Qualifications: QTS or Degree in Early Years Education and recent experience of teaching in a Nursery.
