One-to-One Early Years Practitioner

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable One-to-One Early Years Practitioner to become a valued member of our exceptional Early Years team. Could that be you?

As our One-to-One Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experiences of our youngest learners. You will work closely with children aged 2 – 4 years old, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging activities, interactive play, and thoughtful guidance.

About the Role

Contract type: Full-time, permanent, term time only, 8:30am to 4:00pm

Salary: Dependent on experience

Start date: Immediate start available

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Provide one-to-one support, offering educational guidance tailored to the unique needs of each child.
• Contribute to the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young minds through interactive play and age-appropriate activities.
• Supporting the SENCO/ teacher in monitoring, assessing, and recording pupil progress and activities.
• Gaining an understanding of various learning support requirements and insight into the specific needs of the students you will be assisting.
