We have a high calibre Head Teacher and an excellent teaching faculty, and now we need a visionary Pastoral Care Manager (Secondary) to join our dynamic team.

You will have experience of, and be dedicated to, working with young people with complex special educational needs. Including Behaviour, Emotional and Social Difficulties; Autistic Spectrum Conditions; and Speech, Language and Communication Difficulties.

The post has a responsibility for identifying and addressing barriers to learning for individual and groups of students such as attendance, behavioural, pastoral and welfare issues, in order to support the creation of an effective learning environment and maximise learning opportunities for each individual student. You will also take the lead role in promoting and developing links with families and working with external professionals.
