Terms – full time hours worked over term time only from 7.30am to 5.30pm
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated person who will support the pastoral needs of the students, in relation to student welfare, attendance and behaviour; working closely with the Deputy Headteacher.
The post requires self-confidence, common sense, good interpersonal and communication skills, sound organisational skills, flexibility, initiative and IT skills. We offer a whole range of opportunities for all colleagues to further develop their potential. Bryn Tirion Hall is an Independent Residential Children’s Home and School. We provide residential and day places for young persons from the age of 7 to 17 with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD), social difficulties (SEBD) and associated learning difficulties including ASD. At Bryn Tirion Hall we provide an effective and supportive home and school environment, which allows young people to develop as individuals and helps them to deal with past and present difficulties. It is our firm belief that all young people deserve the highest standard of care and education.
