We are looking for a dynamic PE Teacher to lead physical education, through Key Stages 1 and 2, and who has the ability to coach to high standard across a range of sports including netball, hockey, and rounders. Our current programme also includes gymnastics, athletics, cross country and dance.

Bramley School is a small Independent girls’ preparatory school (ages 4 – 11) set in a beautiful village of Walton-on-the Hill, Surrey.  Bramley prepares its pupils for many of the top day and boarding senior schools in the county and therefore works at a level significantly above National Curriculum expectations for the majority of its pupils.

We are seeking to appoint an excellent, committed and enthusiastic teacher to join our friendly and supportive staff team at Bramley School.  This post would suit candidates looking for career development.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity for someone innovative and aspiring to join a team committed to developing leading teaching and learning practice in an outstanding Preparatory School.  Small class sizes ensure that we can give our pupils the best education and be rewarded with children who are excited by learning.

Applicants are encouraged to come and visit the school.  Visit days are Monday 1 June and Tuesday 2 June. Please contact Tanya Grant, Bursar, on 01737 812004, to arrange a visit.

An application pack is available to download from our website www.bramleyschool.co.uk.

Closing date: Wednesday 3 June 2015

Bramley School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and employing a workforce that reflects the cultural diversity of our society. We expect all staff to share these commitments.  We offer great opportunities for professional development and further training. Applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service.
