Applicants are invited for the post of Performance Director of Mathematics with Senior Leadership responsibilities at Toot Hill School. We are looking to appoint an inspirational individual to lead an outstanding Mathematics department but also to work alongside the School Leadership Team to contribute to whole-school priorities. Opportunities will also be made available to network/collaborate with other schools across the Trust.

In the last 2 years, the department has secured 90% and 91% A*-C with significant numbers securing A/A*. It is a very popular subject with many students opting to study it at A Level and we have healthy numbers in our Further Maths groups.

As the Performance Director of Mathematics you will lead on all aspects of Mathematics teaching, promoting interest in the subject across the full age range of the school.

You will have:

  • The ability to lead a team of outstanding teachers
  • Experience of teaching Mathematics across KS3,KS4 & KS5
