Brighton College Abu Dhabi is actively seeking a passionate and dedicated Prep Inclusion Teacher to join our esteemed team. This pivotal role involves coordinating educational provision for all SEN, EAL, and AGT pupils on the inclusion register, as well as those in need of additional academic support or enrichment within the Prep school (Y3- Y6).

The ideal candidate will not only deliver high quality inclusive teaching to pupils but also play a key role in developing individualized learning plans and adapting teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of our pupils. Additionally, they will be responsible for effectively distributing resources and support services to ensure equitable access to learning opportunities for all pupils.

The Prep Inclusion Teacher will oversee a team of support staff within the prep school and collaborate closely with other members of the inclusion team to coordinate interventions, monitor progress, and provide ongoing support to both pupil and staff. They will also work closely with the pre-prep and senior school inclusion teachers to facilitate a smooth transition for pupils between different stages of their education journey.

Overall, this role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of inclusive education practices, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment where every pupil can thrive.

Mixed state school Brighton College Abu Dhabi educates around 1,650 pupils aged between three and 18 across its Pre-Prep, Prep and Senior schools. A Sixth Form (Year 12) opened in September 2014. Based on Abu Dhabi Island in a purpose-built campus next to Khalifa Park the has 144 academic staff and more than 100 support staff. It was the first of Brighton College UK’s sister schools in the United Arab Emirates, joined in September 2013 by Brighton College Al Ain.
