We are seeking a disruptor in the marketing profession who is keen to evolve new ideas and drive Millfield Prep School’s marketing strategies forward.

This exciting opportunity has arisen to join our award-winning independent school marketing team as Prep Marketing Officer. You will be responsible for the Prep School's social media presence, website content, print advertising, and the event management of Open Days, reporting to the Head of Marketing and working with a large and unique team of eight, who have a diverse range of skills.

We are seeking an individual who is ambitious and hungry to drive forward marketing practices, keeps a close eye on new trends in the marketing landscape and aspires to lead the way in independent school marketing in the UK. The candidate must have an affinity with Millfield’s values of Be Disruptors, Be Curious, Be Brilliant, Be Kind and Be Authentic.

The hours of work for the role are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend or evening required for School events. In return, you will receive a salary of £26,000 per annum, generous holiday entitlement, access to the school facilities and discounts/cashback on high street shops and restaurants through the school’s Employee Assistance Programme.
