Corvus Learning Trust wishes to appoint a Primary School Development Lead for Key Stages 1 and 2.

We are looking to work with an excellent primary school teacher with a high level of experience of middle or senior leadership or as a school development partner. The Trust presently has four schools within the primary phase, including a SEN school.

You will be responsible for leading the Primary Development Team, building positive relationships and linking best practice in our schools leading to improved outcomes for all our pupils. You will be required to create a framework for primary school development, working together with Headteachers, Subject Leads and class teachers. The aim is to raise standards through excellent teaching, agreed intervention strategies and the production of resources whilst promoting high expectations and standards.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate a proven record of leadership and management within quality of education across their schools. Strong evidence of excellent organisation, interpersonal, communication and time management skills will also be required.

We are looking for a purposeful, self-motivated and committed individual who wants to join and enhance our team. We offer a highly supportive working environment where we value all our employees encouraging and supporting their personal development.

Corvus is a growing Trust and currently has seven schools supporting students from Infants through to Secondary, within the local area. All of our Trust schools are successful and thriving, where students are happy, safe, engaged in their learning and motivated. The Trust schools enjoy shared values and a common ethos and vision to support and guide children throughout their education. Our teamwork enables collaboration whilst retaining our individuality, giving every young person in our care the opportunity to fulfil their potential.

This post is based in the Trust office in Crowthorne which is located approximately 3 miles from Wokingham and Camberley and 12 miles from Reading. It enjoys excellent links to surrounding villages, towns and cities via the M3, M4 A329M, and local rail networks.

If you feel you have the experience, qualities and passion to join our committed, friendly and professional team we would be delighted to hear from you.
