St. Saviour’s School Ikoyi, Lagos (Nigeria) is looking to recruit outstanding Primary Teacher to start in August 2015.

We are happy to look at applications from Newly Qualified Teachers and from specialist Primary teachers that can ideally teach French to Primary aged children.

We are happy to review applications from qualified KS1 and KS2 Teachers with QTS.

St. Saviour’s School Ikoyi was founded in 1951 by leading members of the Nigerian and British communities in Lagos. It is a Christian School in the Anglican Tradition, accepting children of all beliefs who share our core valuesand has been a centre for excellence in primary education in Nigeria ever since. The primary school curriculum fulfills the outcomes of the English National Curriculum alongside the International Primary Curriculum. Currently there are 320 children on roll, aged between 4 and 11, consisting of 60% Nigerian children and 40% Expatriate children.

We are located on a pleasant, safe site by the lagoon on the island of Ikoyi. The school itself occupies attractive, purpose built, air conditioned premises. The small class sizes and high staff ratio’s contribute to our sense of family and enable us to give all our students the attention they require. Our parents are committed partners and play a vital role in creating this dynamic learning environment.
