ABIS is a new premium brand school.  It will be the first school in Tabuk to offer a British style curriculum which is open to all students in the region.

Initially starting as a primary school, within the next few years we will be an all through school offering Cambridge IGCSE and A levels.  Tabuk is close to the Jordanian and Egyptian borders, in the North Western region of KSA and regarded as a very safe area to work.

The school is looking for outstanding educators from Nursery to Year 6.  The successful candidates must have the capacity to relish a challenge and sustain a demanding workload at this exciting time in the school's development.  The ability to work as part of a team is essential, as is patience & flexibility and willingness to make a full, positive contribution to the life of the school. Outstanding NQTs will be considered.

We accept single or married applicants.  (Free education given for up to two children)

Required:

  • Recognised British or equivalent teaching qualification
    o British, US, Canadian, NZ or Australian PGCE / B.Ed.
  • Creative and dynamic educators with a passion for excellence
  • Understanding & experience of:
    o  personalised & independent learning
    o AfL
    o activity based teaching
    o positive behaviour management
  • Hardworking and dedicated to the success of the school

Desirable:

  • Willingness to share good practice and to teach additional subjects as required
  • Experience of Special Needs Support
  • Three years teaching experience in a British, or similar, school
