Millbrook Academy has huge potential for rapid and transformational improvement and we are recruiting a new Principal to lead this next phase, raise standards and to develop teaching and learning to ensure high levels of achievement.

You:

• Are a dynamic Leader able to inspire and empower staff to deliver the highest quality teaching and learning, encouraging them to share knowledge and embed excellence at every level;
• Are able to demonstrate experience of delivering wholeschool improvement which enhances the lives and chances for young people;
• Will embrace this opportunity to really make a difference and lead our academy into the next exciting phase of its development.

Millbrook Academy converted to a sponsored led academy in September 2012 with Academies Enterprise Trust (AET).

The successful applicant will enjoy the autonomy of Headship with the support of the Trust, the Regional Director of Education and Professional Services. Everything is in place for you and the academy to succeed.

Visits to the Academy are strongly encouraged.
