Due to further expansion in the UAE, GEMS seeks to recruit an exceptional leader for the new GEMS Al Barsha National School for Girls in Dubai.

The school will offer the National curriculum for England and will cater for 3-18 years old, opening in September 2016 from Foundation Stage to Year 9.

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Principal from January 2016 (or earlier) to be fully involved in the design of the curriculum, recruitment of staff and students, and all of the pre-operations necessary for starting a new school.

You will be a highly successful and talented leader, one who is excited by the opportunity to be the founding Principal of this unique school. You will have a commitment to developing a cultural understanding of the needs of the community, and a passion for innovative curriculum design and delivery. With established and proven leadership skills you will drive all aspects of school life to achieve educational success. You will possess excellent communication skills that will motivate and inspire all stakeholders.
