We are looking for someone with a proven record of excellent teaching and good or outstanding senior leadership preferably as a Headteacher in schools.
You will:
- lead the Improvement and Learning Service towards ensuring all our primary schools and EYFS provision are good and outstanding
- contribute to corporate leadership and management in children’s services
- work as an Improvement Partner with head teachers to move schools to good and outstanding as quickly and sustainably as possible
- plan, manage and deliver high quality CPD
- make a significant contribution to raising standards in schools as an adviser for all aspects of high quality teaching, learning, leadership and management contributing to narrowing gaps for all vulnerable groups
- work in both primary and secondary phase schools across the county, building effective relationships with Headteachers and staff at all levels
