About the school
St Andrew's Independent Preparatory School is a highly successful, non-selective, co-educational school for around 300 pupils aged 2-11 years in Kent. The school enjoys great success in providing a challenging and stimulating environment necessary for its outstanding achievement in the local selective 11+ examinations and it is always fully subscribed. The school is owned and managed by CfBT Education Trust, an educational charity and leading independent provider of education and training services, which is responsible for many schools of all types - independents, academies and free schools. The Trust has a wealth of educational experience and can offer proven support.
About you
You need to be able to demonstrate your ability to inspire others and evidence your dedication to continue the school's exemplary educational record. You must be able to articulate your vision to parents, staff and pupils and have a strong belief in, and understanding of, the importance of prudent financial management.
