Values and vision

Kings Priory School aims to have a relentless focus on high academic achievement, balanced with a unique enrichment programme that embraces its specialisms in outdoor learning, sporting achievement and music. Teachers intend to nurture individual talent and to inspire pupils to work hard and respect others as they prepare to lead a full and successful life. The school encourage pupils to live their lives through faith in God, faith in others, faith in themselves and faith in the future of the school.

Ofsted report

“The curriculum is extensively enriched. This provides highly valuable additional experiences that strongly promote pupils’ social, moral, spiritual and cultural development and greatly enhance their personal qualities and skills. Pupils’ behaviour, on both sites, is exemplary. They show high levels of respect for each other and adults. In lessons, most pupils demonstrate very positive attitudes to learning and this contributes to their good progress. Pupils feel safe and very well supported by adults in the academy. The academy’s work to keep pupils safe is outstanding.”
