In support of this vision, the Fellowship is seeking to appoint a new Principal to lead the ongoing improvement journey at Rushden Academy in Northamptonshire.

It is an exciting time to join Rushden as its new leader; in recent years, the Fellowship has incorporated several new academies into the Trust across both the primary and secondary phase, undertaking a programme of considerable investment to secure exceptional outcomes for all. As the new Principal of Rushden Academy, you will play a critical role in taking staff and students on a path towards recognised excellence.

Like any position of this scope, this role has the potential to be challenging and yet hugely rewarding, with the opportunity to develop your career as part of the Trust and to work closely with a number of schools to share and develop the best in pedagogical practice.
