The School Improvement Programme provides professional development for governors, school leaders and teachers focusing on strategies to raise standards and deliver successful outcomes for pupils.

SIMS School Improvement Team is seeking to appoint a highly motivated individual with the drive and experience to deliver a quality service to its customers as a Principal School Improvement Consultant. This is a new key role which will involve leading a team to deliver a comprehensive programme of school improvement training and consultancy to schools and local authorities.

The Principal School Improvement Consultant will lead the development of new educational improvement programmes and contribute to the strategic management of the business. Replicating our current success the post holder will build on partnerships with current customers at both national and local level and seek to identify new opportunities.

The School Improvement Team is a national team and applications are sought from across the country. The post will require regular travel to our Bedford office, to schools and other venues as well as contributing to high profile events across the country.
