The Governors are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, committed and dynamic Principal for this successful and happy school. Hockley Heath is a primary academy with one form entry. It is located in the village of Hockley Heath, situated in south rural Solihull.

We are a high attaining academy, but still retain and value close links to the local authority and other schools within the collaborative.

At our last Ofsted (June 2014) we were judged as good.

We are looking for someone who:

• Can lead by example and has high expectations of attainment and progress across the key stages;
• Is able to inspire and motivate;
• Has proven leadership experience and can drive forward a one form entry Primary School;

• Is a great communicator, to whom every child truly matters;
• Can steer the academy’s dedicated team from good to outstanding.
