The Citizen School Trust is recruiting for an inspirational leader who will be able to turn the Trust’s ambitious vision for educational excellence and social transformation into reality. As the Principal of our inaugural school, you will shape what will become an outstanding institution whose impact extends beyond the classroom.

The Citizen School Trust was set up in 2013 by a team of school leaders, community organisers, and public servants with the purpose of transforming learning, lives and communities through the development of an all-through school (4-19) in South East London.

As well as achieving educational excellence, the Citizen School Trust will work across our neighbourhood using community organising methods aimed at social transformation. We believe this can be achieved through clear leadership, values-driven staff, and through partnerships between students, families, neighbours, and people and organisations across the public, charitable, and private sectors.
