The post is Full Time 37 hours per week, term-time only plus 1 INSET day. The salary will be on Grade 6 (Points 18 to 21), £17,714 to £19,742 p.a. (pro rata). Actual salary payable will be £14,832.07 per annum.

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic person who can play a key role in extending our successful programme of targeted 1:1 and small group literacy provision within a thriving and well resourced Learning Support Department. This is a great opportunity to pursue a specialism within the Learning Support field.
This is a valuable opportunity for an individual who:
- Has good knowledge and relevant qualifications in supporting young people with literacy difficulties
- Has experience in teaching or supporting students with literacy difficulties
- Enjoys helping young people to overcome the barriers to learning presented by their literacy difficulties
