Our Catholic faith drives all that we do for our pupils as we aspire for them to enjoy life to the full. We are seeking a dynamic, committed leader who understands the potential of working within a large multi-academy. It is important that the successful candidate can articulate a clear vision for the growth and development of the school and understand the importance of building capacity to support partner schools at both Primary and Secondary level.

We are situated in a highly desirable residential area in the heart of ‘Shakespeare’s County’, close to the historic towns of Leamington Spa, Warwick and Stratford and to the industrial city of Coventry. It is within close proximity of the national motorway network, yet still enjoys the tranquillity of beautiful surrounding countryside and quiet villages.

Trinity is the only Catholic Comprehensive School in the area and takes pride in its Catholic ethos. We have eight main Catholic feeder schools and two local non-Catholic schools from which a substantial number of students come. We also draw young people from a wide area in the County.

We have much to celebrate as a community of faith and learning. Our students are known for their confidence, interpersonal skill and willingness to engage fully in activities aimed at supporting the less fortunate in society.
