Academy Transformation Trust

We are seeking a Procurement Manager to perform strategic procurement activities across The Trust.

Based in Norfolk, this new role provides an excellent opportunity to help shape and deliver our procurement strategy. You will develop, implement and deliver the procurement policy, plan and strategy toward ensuring value for money associated with acquisition of goods and services across The Trust.

You will:

  • Assess non-pay expenditure to identify areas where savings are possible
  • Simplify, clarify and streamline the procurement process of the organisation
  • Offer professional support, consultation and advice regarding procurement activities to promote and influence best practice
  • Perform cost and scenario analysis and benchmarking

You will have excellent analytical and influencing skills with the ability to negotiate at the highest level with suppliers. Alongside being commercially aware, you will hold a CIPS Level 6 Graduate Diploma with a good understanding finance, e-procurement and purchase order systems.
