Job overview

Based at our newly refurbished Coffee Shop in Truro City Centre, applicants would be committed to achieving a level 2 Professional Cookery qualification or equivalent.  You will be expected to support the catering activities of the Coffee Shop including commercial events. Candidates will need to demonstrate their enthusiasm for hospitality & catering and possess excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with staff, students and customers.
