Farnborough College of Technology is judged by Ofsted to be an ‘Outstanding’ College. The University Centre offers a wide range of university-level and professional programmes. The College is an accredited institution of the University of Surrey with the new University Centre building due to open in September 2016.

We now wish to appoint a highly motivated, forward-thinking individual to lead and manage our Post-compulsory Teacher Education and Counselling programmes. The post-holder will be responsible for the leadership and management of programme teams and for ensuring that the provision meets appropriate curriculum and quality standards. They will also deliver an appropriate caseload of teaching to support the Teacher Education programmes.

Applicants must be a qualified teacher with experience of teacher education in the post-compulsory sector. They should ideally hold a relevant post-graduate qualification and have current experience of managing teachers delivering Degree-level programmes.
