Winning Scotland Foundation and our partners are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic leader to drive, facilitate and co-ordinate a unique set of projects across Scotland where schools, communities and local authorities are testing and practically applying growth mindset approaches into the lives of children and young people, through learning.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in leading innovation and projects in schools or community settings with excellent communication, influencing and partnership skills. You will be, ideally, very familiar with the mindset research of Professor Carol Dweck and have led curricular and cultural change developments in education or local authorities.

You will take an overview of all the projects which are at different stages of development and work both within and across local authorities to maximise learning and sharing of good practice. You will report to the national project steering group and chair the national development group with support and assistance from the mindset project team at the Foundation.

The role requires travel across Scotland with an office base in Edinburgh.
