The Role

This is an exciting time for our College as we strive to continuously deliver across the board improvements in the quality of our service delivery. The postholder will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of quality auditing activities across the college services, including both curriculum and support activities as well as reporting the outcomes to both internal and external stakeholders. You will develop, organise and undertake quality and compliance duties which will ensure effective quality monitoring occurs within the context of the College’s strategy.

You will plan, schedule and complete audits on a various curriculum and support activities across the learner experience, organise external examiner/verifier appointments with the relevant curriculum area, and plan, coordinate and collate relevant information for external quality audits and inspections.

The Person

You will have experience of delivering a first class administration service, ideally in an educational environment, be comfortable working with systems and handling and evaluating data and have a successful track record of taking part in compliance audits and reporting on their outcome. With an understanding of quality processes in the Education sector, including a knowledge of Ofsted and funding requirements and the ability to consistently deliver under pressure. In addition to this you will be:

  • Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent
  • Able to work unsupervised and set your own priorities
  • Proficient in the use of software and systems required
  • Able to work with detailed numeric and qualitative data to a high level of accuracy.
  • Able to analyse and evaluate data to produce written reports.
  • Capable of forming and maintaining valuable relationships with stakeholders
