The Role

This is an exciting time for our College as we strive to continuously deliver across the board improvements in the quality of our service delivery. The postholder will link with the stakeholders of the College to deliver an holistic approach to improving business efficiency and productivity. You will ensure the Quality, Performance and Professional Development areas of college business are able to respond to all elements of the learner journey and use data and feedback from stakeholders to scope and inform projects that enhance effective learning delivery.

Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, the successful candidate will provide high quality data analysis and reporting, ensure best practice and compliance in the area of internal/external verification and tailor and deliver project briefs which ensure quality improvements across the organisation.

The Person

With successful experience of project management from inception to delivery, ideally reinforced with a recognised qualification, and the ability to collate, analyse, interpret and report on data to a variety of audiences, you will be able to engage and motivate team members and stakeholders to deliver outstanding results. As well as displaying a high level of proficiency in a variety of IT packages and software you will also be:

  • An outstanding communicator sensitive to the different needs of all connected to the college
  • Highly organised, with the ability to make and adhere to plans and processes
  • Able to set up and maintain accurate records, both manually and using IT
  • Aware of the diverse nature of the College’s student’s and the need to meet the needs of these students
  • Professional, with a positive approach to colleagues, work and solving complex problems.

Hours: 36 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Tenure: Permanent (all year round)
