Raising Achievement Lead Adviser

We have recently restructured our services and are redefining our relationships with our strategic partners in Leicester to deliver our vision. Our journey has begun and we are now looking for a Raising Achievement Lead Commissioner to work with our Head of Service and turn the vision into a reality.

There is a commitment from all partners to tackle our challenges together and celebrate our successes collectively. As the Raising Achievement Lead Commissioner you will be required to work closely with Senior Officers, Head Teachers, Governors and other strategic partners to deliver our key priorities for vulnerable children and young people and ensure that schools fulfil their safeguarding responsibilities.

To achieve success you will have outstanding leadership qualities with exemplary communication and negotiation skills, and will have a demonstrable record of achieving success and influencing outcomes, together with the ability to win the confidence and trust of Members, staff, the community and our partners.
