A truly rare opportunity to be a founding member of staff at a brand new two-form entry community primary academy in Acton, West London.
Ark Byron Primary Academy will open in September 2015. The school will be mixed, non-denominational and non-selective. From September 2016 it will be located in a brand new, state-of-the-art building situated in The Vale - a unique park setting in Acton, for what will be a unique school.
Ark has extensive experience in setting up brand new, outstanding primary academies and creating exceptionally high achieving, happy schools. Ark Byron will join the network’s thriving hub of west London primaries; benefiting, in particular, from close support from nearby Ark Priory Primary Academy.
We are now seeking two talented, committed and enthusiastic Reception class teachers to a deliver outstanding teaching and learning to our first cohort and ensure all pupils receive the best possible start in education and help to shape the vision and direction of our school for future years.

Ark Byron Primary Academy is a co-educational free school located in Ealing, West London. This is an exciting time for Ark Byron, as we will be moving to a brand new building in early 2018.

Curriculum
Ark Byron Primary Academy is committed to providing a curriculum that inspires and excites our pupils to achieve excellence and motivates them to succeed. We seek to ensure that pupils develop solid skills in English and maths, with these lessons run for every child every day. Teachers aim for pupils have a strong grounding in foundation subjects before they start to expand their interest into other areas.
