We are looking for a talented Recruitment Coordinator to provide an excellent recruitment service to the Ark academies and help to improve the life chances of children through the sourcing and selection of excellent staff. The Recruitment Coordinator will work to identify strong candidates. They will facilitate the entire recruitment process from shortlisting of applications and interviews/assessment exercises to arranging interviews and post selection job offers.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a fast paced recruitment team. They must have excellent interpersonal skills, be highly organised, conscientious and have a good customer service ethic.
