We are looking for a Recruitment Events Manager to develop an engaging events portfolio that ensures Ark has an on-going talent pipeline.
This is an exciting role that will make a vital contribution to attracting the best talent to our academies nationwide. You will also be responsible for organising and developing cultivation and outreach activities & ensure an effective employer brand is maintained.
The successful candidate will:
- have experience of managing a range of events
- possess knowledge of, and preferably, experience of the schools/education sector
- be a natural networker with a proven ability to inspire confidence at all levels
- thrive in a fast paced environments
- show a personal vision aligned with Ark’s high aspirations and expectations of self and others
