League Football Education (LFE) was established in 2004 by The Football League and the Professional Footballers Association (PFA) to manage the education of 16 to 18 year old Apprentice Footballers at Football League Clubs. LFE co-ordinate the programme working with Apprentices, Clubs, Colleges and PFA coaches to ensure the delivery of an effective programme.
As a Regional Officer you will manage a caseload of apprentices at various Football League Clubs. In addition you will act as an Internal Verifier to support the NVQ Manager. You will be required to maintain very high achievement rates by providing support and guidance to the Apprentices and NVQ Assessors and by ensuring effective partnership working with the employers and education providers.
Ideally educated to degree standard or equivalent and teacher qualified you will be motivated, organised, IT literate and should have experience within the WBL or FE sector ideally combined with football industry experience.

This role requires Enhanced Criminal Records Checks and checks against the Barred Lists and is exempt from Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (1974). Therefore all convictions including spent convictions that have not been subject to filtering by the DBS should be declared.
