Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

As our new Regional Support Manager you will be a strong supportive manager who will work with specified Offender learning education teams to raise standards through the rigorous implementation of target setting, continuous performance management and quality improvement.

You will be someone who loves to Inspire and challenge staff to create a dynamic culture of innovation and outstanding learning, teaching and student success. Your communication skills allow you to demonstrate clear, decisive and enterprising leadership in the effective and efficient management of the OLASS Team’s work.

You enjoy taking forward the work of the OLASS Team ensuring its long-term sustainability through the development of new products and services which meet the needs of students and key stakeholders.

As a successful candidate you will have:

  • Degree qualified (BSc, BEng, MA, PHd. etc)
  • Teacher Qualified (PGCE, DTTLS, QTS, CertED)
  • Education Management experience
  • Evidence of providing high quality effective learning experiences.
  • Leading curriculum innovation and development
  • Managing budgets efficiently and effective

Ideally you will also have

  • Assessor / Verifier award (A1 or V1)
  • Specialism in English or Maths
