Set in a stunning location on the banks of the River Mole, within 45 acres of beautiful Surrey countryside, Parkside is a leading independent boys’ Prep School, with co-educational nursery provision.
Due to an internal promotion, we are looking to welcome a highly organised, efficient and cheerful administrator to our dynamic support staff. The role will encompass reception duties as well as the provision of administrative support including ownership of various cyclical administrative processes. The role is offered on a term time only basis, plus 6 weeks to be worked during the school holidays across the academic year. We are looking for someone 35-40 hours a week, ideally Monday to Friday although may be open to 4 days per week.
The School Administrator will work alongside our Receptionist on the front desk, and will be the first point of contact to the school ensuring a polished, professional and warm welcome to any visitors, parents, and pupils throughout the school day.
The successful candidate will be a highly competent and adaptable administrator with meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, able to juggle multiple tasks and confidently deal both reactively and pro-actively with the day to day administrative requirements of school life.
