Enthusiastic and with a successful track record in school improvement, you have a passion for raising standards and tackling disadvantage. Flexible in your approach, you'll provide robust challenge and support to leaders across all providers so that high quality education in Herefordshire is sustained and even more schools and settings attain outstanding status. You have excellent interpersonal skills and view the changing role of local authorities as an exciting opportunity to develop creative and innovative sector-led approaches that support strong self-sustaining schools. You understand the value of partnership and multi-agency working and share our determination to give Herefordshire's children and young people the very best start in life.
